ZARA MACINTOSH RUTLAND WATER ENGAGEMENT SHOOT
We've been wanting to blog our 2019 weddings and pre-wedding shoots to keep you all up to date with what we're up to, as Instagram and Facebook can only show so much! However we haven't found the time to do so - low and behold, COVID-19 lockdown...
First up, THIS engagement shoot for Kirsty and Joseph - they wanted to meet at Rutland Water as it's a place close to their hearts. It was a stunning, spring day with the sun glistening off the water for us!
These guys were utter naturals, despite Joseph being nervous. We always say - no matter how awkward you feel in-front of a camera (it's common!) if you both have a great energy and connection between one another as a couple, that's simply ALL you need to get photos like this. We have the gear, the eye and the prompts to get things going.
Kirsty and Joseph were both in the moment, their focus was devoted to each-other and, luckily they found Tina's awkward comments amusing... BONUS!
As you may or may not know, we used to include engagement shoots into our packages - but as you'll now see from our pricing page, from 1 February 2020 we have kept things simple with one package and have left engagement shoots as an added extra.
We do love these shoots, they're beneficial to both us and our couples, but with our diaries getting increasingly busier and quality family time becoming more important to us we made the decision to no longer include them within the price. On the back of this - we decided to start a Youtube Channel for our couples to see a little of what we're like behind the website and cameras...
